Learn powerful tools to become an outstanding tech leader and communicator
Not so long ago, I worked for an IT company where all the power was concentrated in executive management. The rest of the organization had to fight for any remaining "power scraps", and this had a terrible impact on the company culture. My colleagues would hoard information and frequently backstab each other. It also eliminated any desire to experiment and take risks in the organization.
This got me thinking. It was pretty obvious that this organization was in a bad place, but how could you fix it? What would actual healthy leadership and communication look like? And could you inoculate organizations against these managerial anti-patterns, by introducing the right tools?
I joined forces with Sonsoles, who is a Team & Executive Coach, Facilitator and Trainer, and together we got to work identifying six tools to reinforce healthy leadership and communication in an organization.
"This course might be the most important one of all"
- Niels Maerten, course student
In this course, Sonsoles and I will teach you how to harness these 6 tools: using Introvert superpowers, Aligning your team, Questioning assumptions, Embracing creativity, becoming a Service Designer, and practicing Healthy Decision Making.
With these tools you will:
- Gain a robust understanding of what it takes to be an effective leader
- Learn actionable tools to shift your mindset into a leadership mindset
- Embrace the role of Service Designer and let your team lead you to success
In the demanding, ever-changing workplaces of today, it’s not enough to be a manager. You must truly learn how to be a leader - someone who influences and transforms how others feel about themselves and the work they do.
